Williams Hill Pass is surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest and is located in a heavily traveled tourist route in the heart of Southeastern Illinois in Saline County. We call it Garden of the Gods Country.

While you are here, plan to do a little sight seeing or hiking in the Shawnee National Forest. This area is rich in recreation, beautiful scenery, and pioneer history. While you’re here, you can also visit Saline Creek Pioneer Village and Museum (circa 1940) and those fascinating woodland hideaways in the Shawnee National Forest
